Referral Benefits
We offer a commission-based referral program for licensed real estate agents who introduce clients that move forward with a signed contract.
New Construction Projects
Realtors receive a 3% commission on the total contracted build cost for any new home referred to and completed by DevlinLee Designs.Renovations & Restoration
DevlinLee Designs offers contractor walkthroughs and ballpark estimates to help realtors and clients assess a property’s potential and support the sale. Each walkthrough is billed at $100, payable by the client or the realtor.
Payment Terms
Commissions are paid within 4–6 weeks of project start, once the client’s contract is signed and initial payment is received.
All referrals must be registered prior to project initiation to qualify.
How to Refer a Client
Provide your client’s name and contact info to DevlinLee Designs.
We’ll confirm your referral in writing.
Once the client signs a contract and work begins, your commission will be processed according to the terms above.
